Facilities

Early Years
In Early Years and Lower School (Nursery – Year 2), the children are taught through themes with a variety of cross-curricular links. This programme of activities reflects pupils’ needs, focusing on the children’s ages and stages of development. The children are also encouraged to make relationships, work together, and learn to take turns and share, linked to our whole school ethos of respect.

Lower and Upper School
Aside from the year group divisions, our pupils’ learning is divided into two distinct phases. Lower School refers to year groups reception to year 2, during which learning is cross-curricular and forms parts of a progressive learning journey for ages 2 – 7. Here, we focus on creating a nurturing environment, through which skills such as problem-solving, reasoning, organisation, and sharing can be developed. While students learn academically during this time, their social and emotional development is another key focus.

Features

Things to note

Extra Curricular Enrichment
The varied extra-curricular enrichment classes are included in your child’s tuition fees and run every day until 5pm. The classes give your child the option to pick up new skills and hobbies or enhance their understanding of their existing school topics. They’ve found that our classes also work well for working parents – their child is able to take on a new challenge while parents are alleviated of the financial and logistical stress of arranging after-school childcare, and they no longer need to enrol their child in extra classes outside of the school environment.

Sen
They offer both accelerated learning and additional support plans for those who need it. They endeavour to make reasonable adjustments to cater for the needs of all of our pupils and promote ‘quality first’ teaching in every classroom. They also have a ‘buy in’ service for those who would like their child to have additional tutorage in a particular area. This service is subject to availability.
