Fair Ways is a leading children’s services charity, delivering Fostering, Education, Residential, Mental Health and Family services. Fair Ways cares for over 700 children and young people each year. Fair Ways is an independent special school for pupils who have social, emotional and mental health needs and/or autism spectrum disorder. The majority of pupils have missed a significant amount of time in school previously.

Fostering is at the heart of Fair Ways. It's where we began. We have built a strong reputation for excellence in providing high-level services for children and young people in the south of England since 2002.

Fair Ways School (SEMH) is rated Outstanding in every category by Ofsted and was the first school in Hampshire to hold ADHD Friendly accreditation. GLADE School (ASC) is keenly awaiting its first Ofsted inspection and was the first school in Hampshire to hold a NAS accreditation. 
Our schools specialise in working with students aged 11 and 19 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties or Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC).
