Future First Independent School is Independent Secondary school in Not applicable for kids aged 13 to 18 (Gender - 13 to 18). This is a small school for pupils who have experienced difficulties in other settings. Staff are well meaning. They care about pupils and aim to develop positive relationships.

Facilities

Future First School is an independent school for pupils aged between 13–18-year old’s, which aims to be as accessible as possible to boys and girls who would benefit in a smaller learning environment. 

Future First Independent School works with pupils who may be:

  • Permanently excluded or at risk of this
  • Pupils with and EHCP with behaviour, emotional and/or social difficulties
  • Anxious, depressed, school phobic
  • In care with no school place
  • Remanded by the courts
  • Struggling with learning and faced with a multiplicity of challenges
  • Newly arrived in the community

A wide range of extracurricular activities including trips and outbound excursions all form an essential part of our school experience. Through our robust self-development and outbound education programs we aim to provide our young people with opportunities and experiences that will empower them to make a positive contribution to society. We are proactive in ensuring the involvement from parents and carers. We look forward to your child becoming a member of our school community and taking full advantage of the opportunities available. We promise to help your child make academic progress and ensure post 16 objectives including reintegration into mainstream education or further education and employment are achieved.

In order to process some admission enquiries, an appropriate referral form and risk assessment will need to be completed. and if they have one, a child's EHCP to determine whether or not we can meet needs and ideally a consultation from the relevant Local Authority.
