Description

Honeywell Junior School is Independent Primary school for kids aged 3 to 11 (Gender - Mixed )

Here, they aim to meet the educational challenges of the 21st century where children work hard, work together and reach their full potential. They promote a culture that encourages children to enjoy learning, develop their skills and talents, and celebrate and share their successes.  The belief is that children learn best when they feel safe, happy, and are valued. At Honeywell Juniors, they prioritise social and emotional education through developing self-esteem, respect and tolerance for all. As a Rights Respecting School, we aim to provide our pupils with the skills to live in modern Britain as responsible citizens who understand themselves, their world and their place in it.

Remote Learning
Engagement in remote learning is at an all time high and the quality of work continues to improve each day. The platform allows everyone to work around their schedule and their own family circumstances with lessons that can be viewed multiple times if needed. Seesaw was chosen with our pupils and families in mind.  They are working at the recommended  4 hours a day that children will be expected to be learning and we believe including physical activity every day is important, so have added “breaks” to mirror the school day and allow time away from a screen.
