Description

New Forest School is an independent specialist provider of education on the edge of the New Forest, Hampshire for children aged from 8-16 who have a range of severe or complex needs arising from life trauma, Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC), attachment disorder or a phobia of education. The school is registered with the DfE to provide up to 80 places for boys and girls from a wide range of neighbouring local authorities.

They recognise that they have a duty to ensure effective arrangements are in place for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children by creating a positive and transparent school atmosphere. They do this by monitoring practice and providing comprehensive up to date training for staff. They also provide well-informed pastoral support for pupils and their families.
