Phoenix U16 Independent School provides an enriched learning environment that has helped countless students get ahead. Founded in 2010, the school is located in Stoke-on-Trent and reflects the diverse backgrounds and cultures of the area.

  • Full-time and part-time courses are offered within a flexible package of subjects tailored for students who are more successful working within small group settings with more intensive and individualised support.
  • Phoenix U16 also offers a variety of enrichment activities that focus heavily on the pastoral curriculum to provide a more weighted balance for students in mainstream schools with low motivation and poor attitudes to learning.

Due to commitment to employ qualified teachers and expert tutors schools often use expertise to provide intensive support to students at the level 3-4 borderline in English and Maths. 

Phoenix U16 also offers a variety of enrichment activities that focus heavily on the ‘Core Curriculum’ to provide a more weighted balance for students in mainstream schools with low motivation and poor attitudes to learning.  

They are not affiliated to any specific religion. However their aim is to provide all students with a broad and general knowledge of all religions and cultures.
