KEY STAGE 3 OVERVIEW
Content: the knowledge, the ‘what’ of each subject. Acquiring powerful knowledge is an end in itself and we want to ensure that there is a coherent sequence through the subject and that knowledge can be remembered, not merely encountered. Knowledge at each stage is a foundation for the next.
Skills: the ‘how’ of each subject, the application of that knowledge in making sense of the world. How each student can be successful in that subject.

KEY STAGE 4 OVERVIEW
At Sandringham, they offer a broad curriculum at Key Stage 4 with a wide choice of academic, creative and vocational courses. All students follow a ‘core’ curriculum consisting of Mathematics, English, Science, PE and Personal Development (RE/RSHE.) Within the compulsory core, students’ timetables are further personalised by being entered for Combined or Triple Science, and by being entered for BTEC or GCSE Dance or PE.

SIXTH FORM
They have 470 students in our Sixth Form. The Sixth Form at Sandringham is a rich and vibrant community of students and teachers who are committed to achieving excellence in everything they do. It is a time of opportunities and experiences; academic, social and cultural. We are confident that can support students to achieve excellent results so that they can pursue the next best step for them, whether it is moving on to university, apprenticeships or work.
