Gym: Our fully equipped, air-conditioned gym offers a range of fitness equipment for everyone. You can choose from cardiovascular machines such as treadmills and rowers, resistance equipment including free weights and dedicated stretching areas and fitness aids such as Swiss balls.
Fitness Classes: Vary your workout why not try a fitness class. We offer a range of classes - from beginners to advanced level - in a fun and sociable environment. We also provide specialist equipment for the latest classes such as Boxfit and Power Pump.
Sports Hall: The Sports Hall is a multi-sport arena featuring 4 badminton courts, 1 football court, 1 basketball court and seating for up to 30 people is available. Courts may be booked for play during centre opening times and racquets are available to hire. Choose from: Pickleball, Badminton, Short Tennis.
AstroTurf Pitch: The Astro-turf pitch is an all weather pitch suitable for football and hockey. Courts are available to hire during centre opening times.
