Swimming Lessons:

Discovery Ducklings (Aged 4 months – 3 years): These awards are perfect for babies, toddlers & pre-school children who are new to swimming lessons.Ideal for gaining water confidence whilst staying close to adult support.
Ducklings(Aged 3 - 4 years): These awards are designed to help toddlers enjoy learning to swim with help. Duckling 1 will see children start to move by themselves in the water. By Duckling 4 they will be jumping in, going underwater, floating and travel 10 metres without support.

Junior Lessons(Aged 4+): Designed to reward your child for their development of the essential aquatic skills they need to be confident, competent and safe in the water.

Kid’s Activities:

Junior Gym: Junior Gym is specified slot in the gym, where it opens to those aged 11 – 13. Rivers Fitness Instructors are on hand to offer advice, guidance & supervision. Booking is not required. 11-13 years old can use the gym during all hours, however they will need to be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Softplay Session: Softplay is a fun session that allows under 7s to enjoy bouncing around our bouncy castle & obstacle course. It’s great exercise for your kids & will get them socialising with other kids.

Splash Hour: Splash hour is organised fun swim sessions comprising large floats, rubber rings and play equipment for the kids to enjoy. These sessions run on weekends during term time and daily during the school holidays.

Parent & Toddler Swim: A safe and fun introduction to water, helping your child to gain confidence in the water. These sessions are for mums/dads (up to 5 years old) to enjoy a swim with their baby/toddler in a relaxed environment.

Mermaid Experience: Enjoy the fun of becoming a Mermaid or Merman with experienced instructors. The sessions are 1 hour long & great fun for the kids. There will be an certifications & an opportunity to take photos.
