Farm Shop: The farm shop offers a variety of treats including ice creams, cold drinks, meringues, and Parkside honey.
Table-Top Strawberries: Strawberries are produced using a “Table-Top System,” allowing picking without bending. Plants are grown in troughs filled with peat, supported by a steel structure, and crop for 1–2 years. Once finished, the troughs are emptied onto the fields and incorporated into the soil. Different varieties and techniques are used to extend the harvest period.
