Hazelwick School is a co-educational comprehensive school with academy status for pupils aged 11 to 18, located in Crawley, West Sussex, England.

Facilities

Hazelwick School is well-equipped with ample parking and a full range of facilities and work spaces that can accommodate up to 500 people. They have classrooms, two large halls, several sports gyms, a conference room with access to audio-visual equipment and a mini kitchen area and a fully equipped and modern fitness suite.
They also have plenty of outdoor space including grass pitches and a recently re-surfaced floodlit all-weather (astroturf) pitch.
These many and varied facilities are available for hire, out of school hours on weekdays and during weekends and the school holidays.

Admission Details

The school's standard admission number is 300 per year but demand for places consistently exceeds the local authority's expectations.

In addition to those who join the school from our catchment area (Pound Hill North, Three Bridges and Northgate), there are students joining from other parts of Crawley and beyond due to the high volume of parental requests. These students make up over a third of the intake. They currently have over 1800 students on roll (including 300+ in the sixth form).

The West Sussex Local Education Authority has established a series of priorities for admissions to Hazelwick, and the other maintained schools in Crawley.
