Headington School Library is not just a room that houses books. It is a vibrant place of learning, integrated into and supporting the curriculum across the whole school community.
Together with the Theatre and Art School, the Music School is situated within arts complex, overlooking the School’s beautiful landscaped grounds. More than 400 individual lessons take place in the Music School each week.
Modern Sports Hall, located next to the swimming pool, Dance and Fitness Centre and spacious playing fields, forms part of extensive sports complex.

At Headington they offer performance training and strength coaching for elite athletes along with a wide range of different sports clubs and teams for girls of all ages and abilities.
There are residential trips on offer for all ages, from short stays in the UK often focusing on team-building, leadership adventure or outdoor pursuits, to European academic or field trips, to lengthier cultural and enrichment experiences all over the globe.
With 21 different ensembles, 18 different instruments taught, regular concerts in and out of school and more than 450 music lessons taking place each week in Music School, they offer opportunities for all young musicians to shine, whatever their instrument or level.
Clubs are very popular and each year they run a large number of productions, aimed at different age groups, with an open audition process.
They offer a range of different disciplines, from Ballet to Street Dance, with the opportunity to train for competitions and performances on a professional stage.
If your daughter is a budding artist, photographer, fashion designer or film-maker, there are a host of different lunchtime and after-school clubs to provide her with inspiration, exciting resources, tuition and guidance.
They welcome applications at many different entry points across the Prep and Senior Schools, from aged three in Cornflower Nursery right up to 16+ entry in our Sixth Form.
