Selection Criteria: Selective

Admission Details

A place may be offered when a candidate has completed the entrance examinations and interview, and references from her previous school have been provided. Academic ability is not, however, the only criterion on which a place is offered. Selection process is designed to identify pupils who will not only benefit from balanced and rounded education but who will also make a positive contribution to school life depending on their individual talents and interests.

Siblings are given priority at all levels, but a place is not automatic. Whilst 3+, 11+, 13+ and 16+ are the key entry points pupils may join RMS in any other year groups, at any point during the academic year, subject to places being available. Candidates for Senior School will be tested in English, Mathematics and Non-Verbal Reasoning and also have an interview.
