The Corsham School is a fully comprehensive, mixed and inclusive 11-18 secondary school with 1110 students on roll of which 207 in the 6th form serving the small market town of Corsham and the surrounding villages.

Facilities

Facilities include 2 Gymnasia, Dance Studio, 3 well drained Grass Rugby/Football pitches, 2 Grass Hockey pitches, 7 Tarmac Netball /Tennis courts and a large Astroturf pitch.
They also have extensive use of The Springfield Centre which offers 25 metre Swimming Pool, Sports Hall, Fitness Suite, Climbing Wall and Squash Courts.

Drama is an art form. Drama in education provides students with the ability to see clearly, to analyse, reflect, make judgements and link information from diverse sources to generate new ideas. Students learn to communicate ideas, feelings and emotions by creating their own drama, building self-confidence and promoting team work.
An art education will engage, inspire and challenge students, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to participate in, experiment with, invent and create their own works of art, craft and design. Students will investigate a wide range of creative outcomes from the past and present to develop a rigorous understanding of the many disciplines within art, craft and design and how they shape history and future.
The main aim of the department is for students to have an active involvement in many different forms of music making to enable students to enjoy creating, performing and listening to music.
