Please remember to arrive 30 minutes before your session your session and Flip Out Socks must be worn which can be purchased for £2.50
lockers require a Padlock to secure so please do bring one with you or you can purchase from reception for £2
Please note that under 5s will require an adult to bounce with. Both adult and child will require a paying ticket each.
Sign a waiver prior to arrival, this includes spectators as well.
Ensure each member of your group has watched the NEW safety briefing video prior to arriving
Anyone entering the building must purchase a Jump or Spectator ticket (spectators are not allowed on the arena)

The bright and white lights go off and the music & light display come on in this session.

Toddler Time
The under 5's Toddler Time experience at Flip Out Wandsworth includes not only the infamous trampoline arena, soft play area and BRAND NEW GIANT BOUNCY CASTLE but also interactive games, educational toys, bouncy castles and much more.
Thursday Super Sessions
Thursday super session, 3 hours of unlimited jumping from 5:30pm with a choice of any Super slice of pizza and glass of squash. They will be opening up the CRAZY KARTS from 5:30pm - 8:30pm ( suitable for 7-14 years old)
Standard Jump
The Standard Jump sessions give you unlimited access to our park for 60 minutes. That’s a world of wall-to-wall trampolines, foam pits and much more to explore. Bounce to new heights, learn new tricks.
Early Years Session
It is a safe fun interactive session for our younger jumpers. It has Games, songs, floor games and more
Suitable for key stage 1 and below (7 years old and younger)
SEND Session
They turn down the music and other noise. Where possible, in-store tannoy announcement and other controllable noise is reduced. They also dim the lights, especially fluorescent lighting (whilst maintaining a safe premises) to ensure the most enjoyable session for your needs.
Flip Fitness
This high energy and fast-paced workout which jumping your way to a firmer fitter you. Its for every level of fitness and is low impact but can burn more calories than a regular studio based fitness class. The classes have up to 15 attendees and involve the use of trampolines.
The Pole Hub
The Pole Hub will provide you with a total body workout, regardless of your age, size or fitness level. Pole fitness will increase your flexibility, help you lose weight, build your core strength, stamina and fitness and most importantly. Each lesson consists of a warm up, series of dance moves, spins, poses and transitions around and on the pole then a cool down.
Exclusive Hire
If you are hosting a party, a corporate event or perhaps a team day, you and up to 50 of your guests can have the whole arena to yourselves
Flip and Kart
This session has 1 hour jumping and then half an hour on our crazy karts ( one hour on Fridays).
Suitable for 7-14 years old
School Groups
They offer one-off school trips, weekly flip out sessions or activity afternoon.
Green Wednesday
It gives you an hour of fliptastic fun.
Eat, Drink, Jump
1-hour session, followed by a visit to the Flip Out cafe where you can enjoy any super slice of pizza and large glass of squash.

These classes teach you all the skills you need to become an advanced Free Runner manoeuvring your way around the arena with a series of stylish flips, spins and acrobatic moves. These are the perfect way to have fun, keep fit and truly master the Flip Out arena while tutored by pro Flip Out ambassador.
