  • Eating and drinking: Whether you wish to enjoy a leisurely lunch in the Undercroft Café, a drink in the pub or a splendid afternoon tea, we have a range of food and drink options for you to choose from. 
  • Toilets: Main toilets with level access, an accessible toilet and baby changing. Open daily, 10am–5pm. Access with a General Admission or £3 Discover Greenwich ticket.

  • By car: If you’re planning to visit by car, please be aware that we don’t offer parking facilities, except for visitors with access requirements. Car parking for blue badge holders is available in the Park Row car park, opposite the East Gate entrance. 
  • By train: The nearest rail stations are Greenwich (11 min walk) and Maze Hill (15 min walk).These stations are served by Southeastern and Thameslink train lines, offering connections from various parts of London and beyond, including direct trains from London Cannon Street and London Bridge.
  • Cycling and walking: The Thames Path is a scenic walking route that follows the River Thames through London. At Greenwich, it runs along the north bank, but you can cross to the south via the Greenwich Foot Tunnel, which brings you out right by our Visitor Centre. 
  • By boat: Start your visit in maritime style with a boat trip to Greenwich Pier, just moments from the Old Royal Naval College.
  • By bus: Bus routes 129, 177, 188,199, 286 and 386 are a short walking distance.
