  • Getting to Picton Castle from London: Many of our visitors from around the world fly into London and visiting us on a trip to Wales is very simple. Take the M4 west towards Wales, following signs for Swansea and Carmarthen. Continue onto the A40 towards Haverfordwest, then follow local signs for Picton Castle Gardens (SA62 4AS).
  • Getting to Picton Castle from Manchester: The journey from Manchester to Picton Castle Gardens is a beautiful drive which takes you down through the middle of Wales. We recommend leaving a bit of extra time for a few stops on the way! Take the M56 west towards Chester, then join the A483 into Wales. Follow the A48 to Carmarthen, then take the A40 to Haverfordwest. From Haverfordwest, follow signs to Picton Castle Gardens (SA62 4AS).
  • Getting to Picton Castle from Birmingham: Travelling to Picton Castle from Birmingham is a scenic drive, going across the Welsh border early into the trip. An alternate route via the M4 is a similar length. Take the M5 south towards Gloucester, then join the M50 to Ross-on-Wye. Follow the A40 through Brecon, Llandeilo, and Carmarthen to Haverfordwest, then follow local signs to Picton Castle Gardens (SA62 4AS).
