Thousand Islands Expeditions Boat trips on the Pembrokeshire Coast, visiting our nature reserves, Ramsey Island, Skomer Island and Grassholm Island. Established in 1975, we are proud to have the sole landing rights to RSPB Ramsey Island Nature Reserve, home to some of the highest sea cliffs in Wales, which present a multitude of marine mammals, resident birds and returning seabirds.

Our trips offer a diverse range of experiences for people of all ages and interests. So whether you are a keen walker, photographer, wildlife lover or simply want to experience being out at sea with your family, we have something special for everyone.

Prices starts from £42.00 for adults, £28.00 for Child (age 4-13 yrs) and £12.00 for Infant (6 weeks -3 yrs) for Ramsey Island Adventure. Ramsey Island Adventure: Explore Ramsey Island, as we pass through Rasmey Sound, in search of seals, harbour porpoise, and hundreds of seabirds. A thrilling wildlife watching trip around one of Wales most beautiful nature reserves.
Ramsey Island Landing: The Ramsey Island ferry boat takes day visitors to experience the unspoilt natural beauty of this spectacular island nature reserve.
Ramsey Island Guided Walk: Experience Ramsey Island alongside a member of the RSPB team for a stunning and engaging tour of this unspoilt nature reserve.
Evening Cruise and Shearwater Trip: Navigate around Ramsey Island at sunset, whilst watching the return of thousands of Manx Shearwaters as the night draws to a close, in a serene environment.
2hr Skomer Puffin Spectacular: Join us on our spectacular boat trip to Skomer Island, where we go in search of Puffins and Seabirds. A mixture of exhilaration with a sensitive appreciation of the local wildlife.
Fishing Trips: Fishing trips from the Pembrokeshire coast, suitable for families, large groups, novices and for more experienced fishermen.
Pelagic Trip: Embark on a full-day of adventure, as we head out to the deep waters of the celtic deep, for a unique exhilarating experience in hopes of encountering magnificent seabirds and cetaceans.
Fishguard Bay Strumble Head Trip: Immerse yourself in the breathtaking scenery and extraordinary wildlife that grace the north Pembrokeshire coastline.
Grassholm Sea Bird & Dolphin Spectacular (3 Hours): Embark on an expedition to the most remote of the Pembrokeshire islands, where you will encounter thousands of gannets, Britain’s largest and most majestic seabird.
Thousand Islands Webcam: Take a look at the live feed overlooking St Justinians lifeboat station.

Facilities

Parking: There is plenty of parking at our departure point, St. Justinian’s. There are two laybys directly at the top of the steps, which lead down to where we depart from, and are free to park. In the peak season we also open up a pay & display car park, at a fee of £4.00 per car, and is cash only.
Dogs: We allow dogs on the Ramsey Island Adventure, this is our popular 1 ½ trip which navigates around Ramsey Island on our traditional vessel, which allows dogs plenty of space and comfort.

How to find us: Located in St Davids, Pembrokeshire, South Wales. Our booking office can be found in the centre of the city, at the bottom of the cross square. Trips depart from 3 miles outside of the city, from the local lifeboat station, St Justinians.
