Orleans Park is a successful and oversubscribed 11-18 mixed comprehensive that serves its local community in Twickenham with over 1,350 students. The dedicated staff work hard to ensure students are successful, leaving here as responsible citizens and confident individuals. When students join Orleans Park, they are welcomed into a high achieving, forward-thinking, caring community. A tradition of academic rigour combined with creativity characterises our ethos. They are so very proud of our students’ achievement. The teachers develop positive relationships with their students and work in close partnership with each other to support students across subject disciplines.

At Orleans Park they aim to develop a curriculum where teaching and learning are at the heart of what we do. We aim to offer all students an interesting, broad and balanced curriculum: a curriculum which is carefully sequenced and planned in order to promote examination success and recognises personal achievement at all levels. They want to create successful learners, confident individuals and responsible citizens through a curriculum designed to accommodate the needs of all students. They provide an environment in which young people of all abilities are able to develop the skills and attitudes which will facilitate lifelong learning and prepare students to partake in an ever-changing world.

At Orleans Park, they strongly believe in creating opportunities for our students beyond the curriculum, and are committed to developing students outside the classroom. Attending clubs provides opportunities to develop new skills, foster friendships, can spark interest in new hobbies, promotes leadership and gives personal fulfilment. They pride ourselves on the vast and varied range of extra-curricular activities they offer at Orleans Park, and they encourage all our students to attend at least one.
