Our Lady of Perpetual Succour Catholic Primary Academy is a State Primary school for kids aged 3 to 11 (Gender - Mixed )

First and foremost they are a Catholic school, rooted firmly in the gospel values of love and respect. They put the interests and needs of the children first. They strive to do all they possibly can to encourage them to fulfil their full potential and develop a lifelong love of learning. They seek to live out the school motto – Learn to Love and Love to Learn. They want all the children flourish in an environment where they are inspired to take on challenge, build upon successes and learn from mistakes. They celebrate individual achievements and talents. High standards of behaviour and learning are maintained at all times to ensure every child makes substantial progress during their time with them.

At Our Lady of Perpetual Succour the children are loved, valued and cared for. The exciting, inclusive curriculum puts the interests and needs of all the children first and celebrates the rich and diverse community. To support the wide variety of language starting points, the curriculum has a strong emphasis on promoting speaking and listening which strengthens children’s knowledge and use of vocabulary so that they can express themselves confidently and fluently. They encourage children to be curious and ambitious, developing a lifelong love of learning which prepares them well for their future education and beyond. They seek to live out our school motto – ‘Learn to Love and Love to Learn.’ in all they do.
