Meadows School is an Independent Ofsted rated good school that is part of Meadows Care a company that run small homes for just 1, 2, 3 or 4 young people, with high staffing ratios to provide the care and support required.

Facilities

  • The school consists of purpose built buildings on the beautiful main site which is sited between the two historic towns of Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge, and a newer Primary Campus in Tunbridge Wells .
  • Meadows School provides a holistic approach to individual behaviour and well-being.Each student has an allocated pastoral key worker to work with them and their parents/carers throughout their time at the school.
  • A bespoke curriculum is provided which can engage individual students in education and enrich school experience with new and challenging opportunities. This will empower them to move on to the next step of their education and careers, and ultimately to lead independent lives.

Admission Details

  • A young person must meet our admissions criteria in order to gain a place at Meadows School. These include:
  • The young person being aged between 7 and 19 years old on the date of admission. Admissions can take place throughout the academic year.
  • The young person having an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or in the process of application with completion due shortly.
  • Parents or the responsible authority being able to guarantee regular home leave.
